Monolithic products are made from continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastic composites (CFRTP) only. The parts are shells formed and trimmed to shape. The parts are thin-walled, have continuous thickness all over the part. Occasionally, the shells are locally reinforced by adding tailored additional layers of material. Our expertise lies in providing components that leave the tool with an excellent surface quality.
