Cost-effective solutions

Using a balanced glass fibre composite lay-up, weight savings can be achieved of about 50% vs. steel and 20% vs. injection moulding grades. It equals the weight saving potential of aluminium. We use filament and roving glass materials combined with TPU, PA6, PPS, and PEI resin. We use balanced fabrics or UD structures. The maximum continuous operational temperature ranges from 90°C up to 220°C. Application areas are sports, automotive, consumer goods and aerospace.
