Maximum performance

Using a balanced carbon fibre composite lay-up, weight savings can be achieved of about 70% vs. steel, 40% vs. aluminium and 50% vs. injection moulding grades. With UD (uni-directional) materials even higher weight savings are possible. We use 1k, 3k and 12k carbon materials combined with TPU, PA12, PA6, PA66, PPS, PES and PEI resin. We use balanced fabrics or UD structures. The maximum continuous operational temperature ranges from 90°C to 220°C. Application areas are sports, consumer goods and aerospace.
